Shipping and tracking
You will automatically receive an email from us when we ship your package. You will then receive an email from UPS when they scan the package. You should be aware that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive tracking information from UPS.
When UPS scans the package, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number that you can use to follow the package on ups.com. The tracking number starts with 1Z.
We will ship your package within 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. This does not apply to special order items (Lovetag bracelets, Lovetag rings, and 14-carat jewellery), which will be shipped within 1-5 business days. After that, the package will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Please note that during sales periods, there may be longer processing times for orders than the usual 1-3 business days. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Return and exchange
Jewellery purchased online cannot be exchanged for a different size. On the webshop, you can exchange the jewellery for a gift voucher or return the jewelry and receive a refund. Please note that we only refund the return amount to the card used for the purchase.
You always have 30 days full right of return from the day you receive the delivery. This applies to all jewellery purchased online via the webshop or in our flagship store in Copenhagen. You can return the jewellery within 30 days from the day you receive the goods, on presentation of a valid receipt. In the webshop, you can exchange the jewellery for a voucher or return the jewellery and get your money back. Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card which was used for the purchase. Please note that jewellery can only be exchanged and returned to the same place where it was purchased.
The jewellery must be returned in the same condition and in the same original jewellery box and packaging in which you received it. Customers are responsible for sending return packages themselves. The return package must be sent directly to the following address and should not be sent to a pickup point:

You will bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange of the jewellery for a voucher. We also recommend that you send the jewellery as an insured package with a tracking numberIf you are making a complaint, always contact customer service before sending the jewellery.
We will process your return package as quickly as possible within two weeks. Be aware, however, that there may be a longer processing time in the Christmas period and during sale.
Jewellery can only be exchanged and returned to the same place where it was purchased.
Jewellery purchased online through the webshop can be returned or exchanged in our flagship stores within the exchange or return period on presentation of a valid receipt. With an exchange, you will be issued with a voucher for the remaining amount. If you would like a refund, it will be processed through our webshop, so the amount will be repaid to the same payment card used for the purchase.
Once your order has been processed, we can no longer change your order. If you discover a typo in your order, you must immediately contact customer service on tel. +45 33 15 86 87 or send an email to service@janekoenig.dk. Remember to include your order number in your email.

Other
The gilding wears out over time. So, you must always remember to take the jewellery off when you: Go to bed, take a shower, wash your hands, play sports, etc. If you want to know more, you can read all about maintaining your jewellery here
We recommend that you drop by one of our flagship stores and ask one of our sales staff to measure your ring size. Alternatively, we recommend that you visit a local jewellery store to have your size measured.
All Jane Kønig jewellery is nickel-free, as it is made of 925 sterling silver. If you are in doubt about what the silver contains, please refer to the web.
We sell our earrings individually, as we want to give you the opportunity to combine our different styles and create your own personal look. Please note that all earrings are also sold as pairs. If you wish to purchase a pair, select "2" in the box on the product page. Some collections feature earrings sold as pairs – this will be mentioned in the description.
