Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please fill in the return slip or write the information on a piece of paper and send it with the package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Returns must be sent to the address below, and must NOT be sent to a parcel shop or similar, as the parcel then will be returned to the sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges and returns
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, you have the full 30-day right of return, counting from the delivery date. You can exchange the jewellery for a voucher or return the jewellery and get your money back. The item must be returned in the same condition and in the same original jewellery box and packaging in which you received it.
Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card which was used for the purchase.
Please note that Unika jewellery, as well as 2 and 3 tags Lovetag bracelets, cannot be returned as they are custom made items made especially for you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, we will process your package as quickly as possible within two weeks. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the return amount to the card and the cardholder who originally made the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
