Payment
We accept payment by Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Visa Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and JCB. All card payments are processed through Altapay or Epay’s encrypted SSL payment system for secure and confidential payment.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when your order has been processed and shipped from us. Use of our website and any purchase made by you will be accepted under the conditions laid down in Danish law.

Customs
When importing goods from Denmark some countries will impose an import VAT when the goods are going through customs.
The standard rate of import VAT that is imposed on the import of goods into China is 17%. This is calculated against the CIF value (Customs value + cost of insurance and freight).
Note: This import VAT is to be paid by the importer/buyer and not by the exporter/seller (Jane Koenig A/S).

Delivery time
We will send an email when your package is dispatched. When the shipping courier scans the package, you will receive another email with the tracking number that you can use to follow the package on ups.com. Tracking numbers from UPS start with 1Z and YN if there are from GLS.
If you ordered private delivery/home delivery and your parcel is shipped with GLS, they will attempt to deliver the parcel once. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be sent directly to a GLS Droppoint near you.

Insured package
Returns
Please fill in the return slip or write the information on a piece of paper and send it with the jewellery to the following address:

Return form International
You will bear the shipping costs for the return of goods. We also recommend that you send the jewellery as an insured package with a tracking number. If you are making a complaint, always contact customer service before sending the jewellery.
Note: The jewellery can only be exchanged and returned to the same place where it was purchased.
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, we will process your package as quickly as possible within two weeks. Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card and the cardholder who originally made the purchase.
Complaints
The complaint must be justified and the defect must not have been caused by misuse of the product or other damaging behaviour. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be within the warranty
